When you fill out our estimate form or contact us by email, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the type of service you're asking about, your city, and any description you choose to provide. That's it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (WP Engine) automatically logs your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, the way every website on the internet does. We don't link this to your identity.
We don't use cookies to track you across sites, we don't run advertising pixels, and we don't sell, rent, or share your information with marketers. Ever.
Only to respond to you. When you submit an estimate request, we use the name, phone, email, and service info you provided to contact you with a quote, schedule a visit, and follow up about the work. We'll never use that information for marketing, a newsletter, or anything else without your explicit consent.
If we hire a vendor to help with a job (rare; we're a small shop), we may share your address and the scope of work with that vendor. We don't share your phone or email beyond what's needed for the job.
We keep estimate-request records on file for accounting and reference. If you want us to delete your information, email cs@glendorawindow.com and we'll do it within 30 days.

If we ever add analytics or marketing tools, we'll update this list before turning them on.
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe we've received information from a child under 13, email us at cs@glendorawindow.com and we'll delete it.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated via a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
